Yesterday, I came across a friend's post where he talked about appreciating the hiring managers and employers who gave you a chance when you had zero experience. He added that without people like that, most people would keep getting rejected for “no experience” and end up settling for crumbs. That post inspired me to write this. You see, skill alone will not land you your next role. You also need experience. I remember sometime in February, I was working with a team, and the core team needed a motion designer. I was asked to recommend someone. Fortunately, I knew someone in my circle. The guy was really good at what he does, but there was one problem: he had no experience. By experience, I mean proof of work. The core team shared samples of the kind of work they wanted and asked me to send similar projects he had done for other brands. The truth was, he didn't have any. That didn't mean he wasn't skilled. He was. But brands want to see proof that you've done it before. They want confidence that you can deliver because you've already delivered. And this isn't just about motion design. It cuts across almost every role, whether you're a static or motion designer, community manager, marketing manager, developer, business development manager, or any other professional. Looking back, one of the defining moments in my career was choosing to chase experience in the Web3 space while many others were focused on trending narratives and short-term opportunities. That decision led me to work as a Regional Community Growth Manager at Babylonlabs and Lava Network, while also building Bitcoin Renaissance Africa. Those experiences challenged me. I had conversations with founders and partners from different backgrounds. I developed content marketing plans, negotiated with core teams, planned and executed community campaigns and programs, crafted X Space topics with meaningful discussion guides, and constantly looked for new marketing and outreach opportunities to grow project reach and products. It was demanding, but those experiences laid the foundation for the community growth and marketing skills I rely on today. Community growth and marketing isn't a title you wake up with. It's a skill built through experience, consistency, countless conversations, and continuous outreach. Every idea, every content plan, every meeting, every event, every campaign, and every partnership adds another layer to your growth. #web3 #Community #Growth #Marketing #crypto

A lot of Bitcoin holders get to the point where they can borrow stablecoins against BTC. Then they ask an obvious question: What do I do with the stablecoins? No one wants stablecoins, they want yield. Lending is the means, not the end.

Every Chog Genesis NFT is now an AI trader. Animr compiles each Chog's 13 onchain traits into a trading genome, gives it its own ERC-6551 wallet on Monad mainnet, and scores all 1,969 on one number: $CHOG stacked vs just holding. Holders can wake their Chog's AI on 0G compute and let it trade real CHOG token through a guard contract that can never withdraw. Only the NFT's owner can. Think you can talk an AI out of its bag? Try to rob the House Chog: the AI can be fooled, but Monad refuses the transfer every time. The first Daily Bell already paid 500 CHOG tokens onchain into the winning Chog's own wallet, with nobody touching it. No wallet needed to play: useanimr.vercel.app Built for #Chogathon2026 @monad @ChogNFT

Here's how its ecosystem fits together. → OORT DataHub: AI depends on good data, and good data doesn't appear out of nowhere. Through the Deimos 2 hardware network, OORT is building distributed computing infrastructure to support that demand. → OORT Mainnet: An ecosystem needs a reliable foundation. OORT's Layer 1 blockchain has experienced zero downtime to date, according to the project. → AION: OORT's ecosystem also extends into practical AI applications. AION is a multi-agent AI system designed to handle operational tasks for marketing teams. Look at how the pieces connect. People can contribute data. Distributed hardware can provide storage and computing resources. The blockchain provides an underlying infrastructure layer, while AION brings AI into everyday marketing operations. OORT’s DataHub has approximately 350,000 human contributors who contribute data for AI model training. This raises important questions about data provenance: • Who created the data? • Under what conditions was it collected? • Was consent obtained? • Can the origin and permitted use of the data be verified? These questions matter because trustworthy AI depends not only on the quantity of available data but also on its quality, origin, and the conditions under which it can be used. @oortech approaches this through its DataHub, Deimos infrastructure, and Layer 1 blockchain. DataHub brings human contributors into the process of collecting, labeling, and verifying AI training data. The goal is to help build datasets that are not just large, but useful, diverse, and reliable. But collecting good data is only part of the story. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗱. That's where OORT's blockchain infrastructure comes in. Through its Olympus Protocol, OORT's Layer 1 blockchain, contributions can be recorded to support traceability and accountability across the data process. Meanwhile, Deimos 1 supports decentralized storage, while Deimos 2 provides distributed computing infrastructure. Together, these layers support the broader system that handles data and AI workloads. Why does all this matter? Because poor data can teach an AI model the wrong things. Data collected without proper consent can create serious ethical and legal problems. And when nobody can establish where training data came from, trust becomes difficult to earn. Data provenance helps address these problems by making the origin, history, and permitted use of data easier to establish. As AI becomes more powerful, knowing what a model learned from will matter just as much as knowing what it can do.

Bitcoin is a $1.5 trillion asset. It’s also a piece of software with well-defined rules. That makes it a very useful playground for autonomous research: economically consequential, yet precise enough for AI to work on.

Native Bitcoin collateral can do more than backing a loan. It can also create opportunities to earn yield. @HashKeyCloud aims to let institutional clients borrow against native BTC and deploy stablecoins into yield strategies. No wrapping. No bridging. No centralized intermediaries.

Roughly 10% of gold is collateralized. Our estimate is approximately 3% of Bitcoin is. That gap is one way to think about how much room Bitcoin still has to become productive. That means all else equal, Bitcoin has another 3x more financialization on tap.
