@googlecloud and @nvidia are preparing for the next phase of AI factories.
Google Cloud’s Vera Rubin-powered A5X infrastructure is scheduled for general availability in November 2026, with plans to expand into Europe and potentially scale to 960,000 Rubin GPUs across multiple sites.
This is not simply about building larger clusters.
The infrastructure is being designed for the workloads now shaping the AI economy: agentic AI, reinforcement learning, enterprise automation and increasingly complex inference. Early use cases already include David Silver’s Ineffable Intelligence and WPP’s agentic creative workflows.
The bigger question is how we translate this extraordinary computing scale into measurable economic value, while addressing power, cooling, security, governance and Europe’s continuing challenge around technological sovereignty.
The AI race is increasingly becoming an AI infrastructure race.

An AI model uses what it learned in training, but inside a company it needs fresh or internal data.
Better to make that data AI-ready so the model can use current business information when the task requires more than its training alone can provide at work.

When Albuquerque, NM Branch 504 member James Jarm Jr. spotted a fire on his route, he called 911 and jumped into action. With help from a neighbor, he rescued the homeowner, who had collapsed into the flames while trying to douse the massive fire. The man suffered burns but recovered after hospital treatment.

An answer may sound convincing and still leave something out. Give it the same attention you would give any advice affecting your work

Does the system have enough information about your situation?
Would you accept the same advice from a colleague without asking a question?
Explore another option, even when the first suggestion seems reasonable. You can ask AI to propose alternatives, then compare them with what you know.
If the original recommendation still makes sense, follow it.
There is no need to disagree with AI just to prove you are in control.
But keep the possibility of changing your mind.
When new information arrives, reconsider the decision. What would make you choose differently today?
AI can suggest a direction.
You should remain free to take another one.
