The ad is her mother saying she lied about the conditions of her childhood. The condition of which included sexual abuse by her mothers husband who fled the law and she lost custody in the 70's.

It was okay for Acton to call Ramaswamy a chronic liar, but put Donna Arthur in front of a camera to say Amy is lying about living in a tent and has a problem with lying (a problem that has shown up multiple times this campaign cycle), and the left and irresponsible Republicans who reacted to online chatter instead of the actual ad lose their minds.
