(2/2) My June visit was my 3rd visit to @CityLuxembourg. First 2 happened before I knew about the genealogical discovery. The photo is front of the Grand Ducal Palace was actually on our first wedding Save-the-Date (until we were COVID-delayed). @LuxembourgDuchy @luxembourginfo

(1/2) I got a good and expected email today from @luxembourg. My citizenship application was approved and paperwork should arrive soon via post… My great-great-great grandfather was born in 1820 in the village of Gostingen, just a few miles from the Moselle River.

Late posting this, but the @4castpublicart "Midwest Memory Grant" retreat in West Plains, MO, was terrific. Thanks for the coverage, @wpquill! Forecast stewarded a grant with @MellonFdn funds, and this is what brought $110k to Alger, OH. @ONUArtandDesign @ohionorthern @AdaIcon

Came back to my @ohionorthern office after a summer away, and I had two handwritten notes from @MikeDeWine in my mailbox. Incredible gesture from a politician and fellow baseball fan. A nice reminder of the Ray Brown dedication in May. @baseballhall @NLBMuseumKC @sabr

Look at this partially hidden gem, @ohionorthern ! Took a couple photos upon returning for faculty orientation. Hill Memorial has stood on Ada’s Main Street since 1879–the only remaining building from ONU’s founding decade AND century. @onualumni @onuhpg @ONU_ICAPP

My recent article in 'Echoes' magazine included The Mine Tavern in Nelsonville. On Saturday, my wife and I took our 4-year down there for a scenic railway trip. THE MINE had it's grand reopening that day after a 6-ft chunk of brick wall collapsed in Feb. @OhioHistory @ohiolha
