They scale the fortress, all ivory and bone, And declare our worth by a merit not our own. No relief in sight, we wear our armor bright, In twilight's face, we'll birth our own starlight. In pursuit of dreams, we are but pilgrims bold, In hands and hearts, lies a future yet untold. Shadowed by verdicts, veiled in subtle disdain, Our spirits unbroken, our progress unchained. Hope is the anthem, of the unheard, the unseen, In the face of injustice, it's we who intervene. Oh, we are the flame, relentless, fierce and bright, An unyielding beacon in democracy's night. And so the pendulum swings, from loss to resurrection, We are the stewards of our own direction.
