Amen.
Let me be clear: Wearing a mask is not about making your life less comfortable or taking something away. It’s to give something back to all of us — a normal life.
Former moderate Minnesota Republican senator Norm Coleman is accusing Democrats of cheating in the 2020 election and “scratching his head” over where Biden got his “late-night votes”. What a sad spectacle.

Words to memorize!
Mask not what your country. can do for you. Mask is what you can do for your country.
Ready for the Tide!
The tide is turning in Mississippi. It will wash ashore a Democratic Senate on November 3. And that Senate WILL include Mississippi!

Update on Tropical Storm Marco: We could see Marco make a landfall somewhere between Lake Charles, LA to Pascagoula, MS some time Monday afternoon. Hurricane watches have been issued for the Louisiana and Mississippi coastlines. #mswx

Gov. Tate Reeves just can’t bring himself to be bold and really make an impact on these rising numbers. He also appears to think the virus cannot cross county lines since he has dictated masks be worn a few counties at a time.
Replying to @ashishkjha

Ag journalist Patrick Shepard died on April 30 after a brief illness. You may have only known him through his phone calls. But, like us, you will remember his humor and great love for family. Our prayers go out to them all during this difficult time. Rest in Peace, Friend.

Houston, we have liftoff. Let’s burn this candle! Cotton may not be worth much right now, but dadgummit, it is a beautiful thing! In the wise words of friend ⁦⁦@OAcotton⁩, “Give the gift of cotton today” #TexasCotton #CentralTexasBlacklands

Over the last couple of decades working in ag, I’ve learned two things: 1) When ardent critics can’t find their way to bring down a tech, they make things personal; 2) they are also the last ones to offer up or be part of building solutions. allianceforscience.cornell.e…

Stupid comment. Great comeback!
At the grocery. Wearing my mask. Lady behind me, snarky & loud enough to make sure I heard, “don’t guess she realizes that stupid mask won’t do any good.” Me: “Honey, I’m an off duty nurse, I’m wearing it to protect YOU. But, I can take it off if you’d like.” She practically ran.

Got a bit of a drive today and am starting a new book. @staceyabrams is keeping me company. Her talk at @NBGC100 was amazing & inspiring. And the start of this book makes it clear we will be having a T I M E today.
