Florida has designated CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations) and the Muslim Brotherhood as domestic terrorist organizations.
The Muslim Council of Britain is the UK’s equivalent of CAIR. The designation takes effect on 5 November unless a federal judge blocks it.
This is not a US-only issue.
The UK government’s 2015 Muslim Brotherhood review found that the Brotherhood “dominated the Muslim Association of Britain and played an important role in establishing and then running the Muslim Council of Britain.”
Governor Ron DeSantis and the Cabinet approved it on 29 September under a new state law.
It covers CAIR, CAIR-Florida, the Muslim Brotherhood, antifa, and more than 90 groups already on federal terror lists.
Once active, state agencies, local governments, and public schools are barred from funding or contracting with them.
CAIR sued and asked a federal court in Tallahassee for an emergency injunction. Arguments were heard late last week.
The judge has not ruled. If nothing changes, the designation lands on Wednesday.

If they start vetting for Muslim Brotherhood association it will change the trajectory of Britain.
Britain's own MPs are now asking the questions the Home Office keeps avoiding. On 28 October Labour's Rachel Blake, from the government's own benches, asked the Home Secretary whether she has assessed how the Terrorism Act 2000 applies to the Muslim Brotherhood and reviewed its activity with Cabinet colleagues. Two days later Nick Timothy asked what checks stop Brotherhood affiliates from acting as sponsors on the route that lets community groups bring a named refugee to Britain.
In June, the prisons answer said it all: membership of specific organisations is "not routinely recorded". Not banned, not counted, and now not clearly vetted either.
The answers are due this week. I will be reading every word.
BTW, the Muslim Brotherhood is banned in the UAE.
The CPS has dropped the terrorism angle in the Golders Green stabbings.
Essa Suleiman, the Somali-born man who stabbed two visibly Jewish men in north London in April and will now be tried as a hate crime rather than terrorism.
Trial set for March 2027.
This follows a wave of arson attacks on synagogues and Hatzolah ambulances in the same area, some claimed by groups linked to the IRGC.
“Hate crime” is the new label when the target is Jewish and the pattern is obvious.
Why is the Muslim Brotherhood whose stated doctrine is:
"Destroy Democracy from within and replace it with Sharia Law in order to establish the Caliphate." tolerated in Western countries?
They know it's intentions, they know the organizations it runs masquerading as charities most of which are in educational institutions brain washing students camfolagued as "Cultural Enrichment".
They know the millions they have backed by Qatar, Iran etc.
They see the infiltration in the civil service, teachers unions and on the streets?
They know yet they not only do not stand against it but embrace it. What are they scared of?
What are they receiving from them in return for not acting against them? It must be significant if they are willing to squander the freedom of their citizens under the enslavement of fantatical Islamic law?
Every citizen who values their freedom needs to ask these questions.
The threat is so severe Europe is now under their control achieved by blackmail of chaos on the streets.
As we have seen with the riot, they are unified, connected, willing and all it takes in one message of "Intifada" on a WhatsApp group and fire bombs, looting, violence with rape and horror just around the corner.
After all the Muslim Brotherhood are the creators and handlers of Hamas and we know what they did on Octiber 7th.
Ireland sent fourteen MEPs to the European Parliament, and on 8 October only seven of them could vote for a resolution asking Europe to face the Muslim Brotherhood network, its front groups, its youth arms and the EU money that reaches them. Five voted against, both Sinn Féin MEPs, Labour's Aodhán Ó Ríordáin and the independents Luke Flanagan and Michael McNamara, and two did not vote at all.
Back home, the Brotherhood is under no suppression order, and as Deputy Carol Nolan reads the Justice Minister's own answer, it stays free to recruit and raise money unless someone proves it is for terrorism. Half a delegation, no ban, and a network that loves exactly that kind of gap.
Dublin, which half are you?
BTW, the Muslim Brotherhood is banned in the UAE.
Let this sink in:
12 people now indicted in Michigan for a campaign of terror against Jews and anyone tied to Israel.
Jars of noxious chemicals thrown into family homes. Windows smashed. Homes marked with red inverted triangles, the symbol Hamas uses to mark targets for death.
One allegedly threatened to slowly poison a victim once he became a doctor.
Targets: the Jewish Federation of Detroit, UM regents, a campus cop, a student.
This was never a "protest movement." It's Hamas tactics on American streets.

🚨 ISLAMIC BLASPHEMY LAW BY THE BACK DOOR 🚨
Kellie-Jay Keen (@ThePosieParker) has been charged with a criminal offence over posts criticising Islam, Muslim cultural practices and Islamism.
The Free Speech Union is proud to be defending her.
In a free society, no religion or cultural practice should be immune from criticism.
Since Labour came to power, the number of FSU cases involving people penalised for criticising Islam has doubled. It is now the single biggest category in our casework.
And now, with a state-approved definition of Islamophobia — rebranded as “anti-Muslim hostility” — things are only getting worse.
On Tuesday, Prime Minister Andy Burnham and Communities Secretary Angela Rayner met Muslim community leaders in Downing Street. Burnham took a swipe at critics of Islam, saying “some of the language” opposition parties use “is unacceptable”, and told the leaders “we need to find ways with you to demonstrate that more and more”.
We now await Rayner’s appointment of an “Islamophobia tsar” who will help enforce the definition.
All five hand-picked members of the Working Group that drafted it have concerning links to Islamist organisations, as FSU Research and Policy Director @DavidRoseUK exposed in his report. We have little hope that the appointed tsar will be good news for free speech.
Meanwhile, the Government is refusing to say who submitted responses to the Working Group, so we cannot know which groups shaped the definition. Islamists may well have had a hand in its drafting.
Support the FSU’s campaign against an Islamic blasphemy law — and the people penalised under it 👇

Sucks not having a First Amendment.
And so it begins. This is very very very very dark. The darkness was in WW2 and and by virtue of the fact it is back again it is darker and darkening quicky even more.
If you intentionally throw a bottle filled with gasoline that explodes and ignites spraying a target with burning fuel can you be arrested for attempted murder or because it's the Intifada and Free Free Palestine you wont?
Paris riots:
BREAKING: Marseille's mayor has told the entire city to get to safety.
Benoît Payan posted tonight: "I ask all the people of Marseille to get to safety and to make the work of emergency services and police easier." He said individuals were exploiting the day's protests "to sow trouble in several neighbourhoods" and that municipal police were "fully mobilised to protect all residents and their property."
Video from the city shows a crowd forcing its way into a building, after hours of clashes, tear gas and burning bins around La Plaine.
When a mayor has to tell people to protect themselves in France's second city, the state has lost control of the street.
296 arrests nationwide by 18:00, per the Interior Ministry.

Europe is burning on Halloween night, and this is not one city.
France put 70,000 police on the streets. The Interior Ministry counts 320,000 on the marches, 70,000 of them in Paris. Still: fireworks at CRS, gas masks, burning barricades, stones collected for the charge. Lyon, Grenoble, Marseille, Paris Charenton. Third weekend in a row.
Germany's Gen Z regelt day: Hamburg, barricades ripped from a building site and set alight on Steindamm, pyro and bottles at police, water cannon. Cologne: march cancelled over masks and fireworks, then two water cannons after they tried to smash the police line. Interior Ministry said the water was for "gewaltbereite Demonstranten", the ones ready for violence.
Cost of living on the banners. Palestinian flags, Antifa, Soviet flags in the crowd. Stones, fireworks, water cannons, fire.
France: Halloween-70k police
Deployment expected.
France is on its third straight

The Paris march is pushed to

The UK and Western Europe are on watch for wide spread chaos.
Update: First clashes in Lyon.
At Place Jean Macé, where the authorised march ended, masked black bloc youths threw glass bottles at a line of CRS riot police, Le Figaro reports.
Police answered with tear gas and part of the crowd scattered, per Le Progrès.
Lyon Mag filmed some pro Palestinian marchers damaging the tram station as they arrived.
And it isn't even dark yet.
After weeks of looting in France, the fear has reached the Dutch seat of government.
Shops in central The Hague, including De Bijenkorf, Zara, MediaMarkt, Kruidvat and ICI Paris XL, have boarded up or shielded their windows ahead of a "Gen Z protest" called online for 14:00 today on the Malieveld, the field next to the Dutch parliament.
No demonstration has been registered with the city, and the original organisers have called it off, yet online calls to march on designer stores are still circulating.
Mayor Jan van Zanen says police will be visibly present and will act "resolutely", and that disorder "will not be tolerated".
On 22 October, JA21 MP Coenradie asked the Justice Minister about the risk of French style riots and wanted answers by 27 October.
The parliament's official record still lists those questions as unanswered.
Western Europe is boarding up its cities and calling it normal.
Happening now in Manchester.

Germany's own federal police figures show what hatred by Islamists has done since 7 October.
The Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA, Germany's national crime agency) logged 670 antisemitic crimes with an Islamist motive in 2025, the highest ever and about 6% up on 2024.
In all of 2022 it was 16.
From 1 January to 6 October 2023 it was 33.
In the 12 weeks after the Hamas massacre, 331 more.
The figures come from a special government breakdown requested by German Green MP Lamya Kaddor and reported by Welt am Sonntag.
They range from glorifying terror and insults to serious violence
Josef Schuster, head of the community's Central Council, says this hatred now plays out "openly on the streets, at universities and online."
Berlin's answer so far is an advisory panel due to report at the turn of the year.
Britain should take note.
Poland is about to turn into chaos Here's what's happening and why it is so significant:
For eight years Law and Justice (PiS) ran the country, rebuilt the Constitutional Tribunal, and said Polish law can come first when Brussels disagrees.
Since late 2023 Donald Tusk's coalition has done the opposite: Polish law under EU law, the tribunal ignored even when the constitution says its rulings are final.
This week a Sejm elected judge aligned with Tusk "suspended" the tribunal's president and vice president for a month. Police took the grounds. Crowds sang the Rota.
President Nawrocki diverted his plane and flew home. Tusk calls it restoring the rule of law. The tribunal calls it a coup.
The money trail is the tell. In
February 2024 Brussels unlocked
up to €137 billion after Tusk
promised judicial "reforms,"
including this court. In May 2024
the Commission closed Article 7,
the EU's heaviest stick against a
member state, and declared the
crisis over.
Article 7 can strip a country's EU voting rights. Poland lived under that cloud for years.
Cash and a clean bill arrived the
moment Tusk took power.
This is not a local court spat.
It is the rematch Brussels already
paid for. Who owns Poland's
constitution is Europe's business.

Breaking: An attempted coup is underway in Poland forcing the president's plane back to Warsaw.
Riot police sealed Poland's Constitutional Tribunal Friday night after a judge aligned with Donald Tusk's coalition "suspended"
the court's president and vice president and seized the website.
The tribunal's own account called it an illegal takeover. Opposition leaders call it a coup; Tusk calls it "restoring the rule of law."
President Karol Nawrocki was airborne to Senegal. He turned around: "At a moment like this the President must be in Poland."
He landed in Warsaw before midnight.
This is the rematch, backed by Brussels, over who owns Poland's constitution, with uniforms at
the gate.
Europe's autumn of street clashes and boarded up shopfronts just got a capital city court siege.
