Great footwork is as big a separator as athleticism in basketball. Both can create separation for clean looks, if you have both, you have a great foundation as a player.

Lmfao. The more you increase, the more you drive people away.
The costs of cleaning are suppose to be cover my the nightly rate you charge.
Airbnb owners seem to think the nightly rate is suppose to be pure profit & they shouldn’t have any operating costs.
Sounds good, but now cleaners will have to be paid more and fees will go up.
So not taking out trash, doing dishes is going to cost you more - and my guess is people would rather do 5-10 mins of cleaning than pay an extra $20.

Long-term thinking changes your short-term actions.
-When you intend to invest long-term, it changes which stocks you buy.
-When you intend to be in a relationship long-term, it changes the type of person you look for.
-When you intend to stay injury-free for the long term, it changes the type of workouts you do.
Build what lasts.

People ARE mean because they’re not getting interactions, connection, community, intimacy, etc regularly and the less you have of it the more closed off you become which brings on all the shit you see on apps regularly. Nasty recurring relentless cycle

Anyone worried about their kids’ rankings (myself included 😂), should look at the recent cases of Arch Manning and Bruce Underwood. I don’t feel too bad about “pros” with a million-dollar bank account, but man think of the monumental pressure and let down of not living up to those expectations. Hard for any young person to navigate. Sometimes it’s a blessing to be “slept on!” 🤷♂️

Girls are near full maturity at ages 13-15, why would you just start introducing them to barbell squats at that age. Especially young girl athletes.
Progress strength variations starting at an early age. Build their core Stability. Teach the benefits of resistance training.

I’m getting my last chemo Thursday…
Going to make a video to close out the entire experience and document it.
I’ll have a PET scan 3 weeks after and a surgery to remove my port but I’m assuming the results will be positive!
Honestly, I still feel shocked by it all.
