Agree. Very similar experience with ICICI Fastag. When you call its just music for next 30min. @ICICIBank_Care @ICICIBank @FASTag_NETC. Fastag ads everywhere but no after sales service. Sad story.
If supposed 'customer service' oriented companies diverted half their ad spends to upgrading their service processes and people, they would do better biz. Uniformly sad experiences with @LGIndia @EurekaForbes @TataSky over last six months
