#Raiders HC Klint Kubiak delivered another postgame banger and Maxx Crosby echoed his sentiments about the 3-0 Chiefs. “We got a fu**ing great team coming to town. We already know what it is bro. It’s the fu**ing Kansas City Chiefs.” 🍿 (📽️ @Raiders)

🎯🎯🎯 My ENTIRE point why I want him to continue to sit. Half of the fanbase doing it with Kubiak right now. And they were 💯 percent endorsing the hire.

Some of the same people clamoring for Fernando Mendoza to start now, will be the same people calling him a bust/trash if he struggles with: -No run game -1 of the NFL’s worst WR corps -An underperforming O-line -A defense that can’t stop the run, 30th in the RZ, giving up 28 PPG

If you don’t believe OCs are just as important as the QB, all you have to do is look at Kubiak’s move from Seattle to Vegas and Darnold’s drop this year vs. how well Cousins is playing. Kubiak is, in fact, that dude.

Maxx Crosby reportedly told the Raiders that he’s here to stay “He was back in the building (Wednesday) working out, rehabbing. He spoke with Klint Kubiak, he spoke with John Spytek, he spoke with Mark Davis. He told everybody, ‘I’m all in. I’m a Raider. I’m going to be here and I’m going to keep doing everything I’ve been doing to be the best player for this organization.’”

"What Maxx Crosby just went through, it could be life altering." @JohnMiddlekauff on the Raiders & their star edge rusher's mindset as they look to move forward after the failed trade with the Ravens.

You are ALLOWING others to dim your excitement on the arrival of a young, energetic head coach and the selection of a Heisman trophy/champion QB. Keep your light #RaiderNation !

The Raiders just put on a masterclass in crisis management. Immediately admitted their mistake with Pete Caroll despite the optics of another 1 & done. Interviewed a bunch of ascending offensive minds for Mendoza and got their guy with Brady’s recruiting skills Say what you want about Mark Davis, but no one cares more about getting it right than him with his willingness to pay buyouts. Great process by the front office
