The SEC is covering for Wall Street short sellers.
#MMTLP is the proof. They have the FOIA emails to show the collusion.
Trading was halted. Retail was trapped. Shorts were protected.
No audit. No forced buy-in. No disclosure of the total share count.
That number exists and the SEC knows it. Hell, Wall Street knows it.
Shareholders do not.
.@jen_kapela a MMTLP shareholder stood before the SEC and called them out directly, on record, demanding the total share count and accountability for synthetic shares.
The SEC stayed silent.
MMTLP U3 halt was not a meme stock market event. Like we CME letting silver crash, this too was a bailout of short positions.
