Billionaires buy art for millions as a tax write off for art that you can teach a chimpanzee how to make. Compared to that, 4500 is reasonable. I would just never have the balls to charge that much no matter how good my art is. That is a whole 3 months of pay for me. I outright prefer to not make money off my art at all because I do it for the love of the game and do not give a single fuck about money and think money is the worst thing humanity has created above even nukes. We are the smartest lifeforms on this planet and yet we're the only lifeforms to pay to live on it. Let me reiterate though I have absolutely no hate for this artist and don't want anyone else being mean to them. They have every right to charge as they please and people have the right to pay as they please. If their art is worth $4500 to someone then that's none of my business and I'm happy for them.
