@311MC311 Montgomery County expert in dodging me, yet prolific in malicious prosecution, extending even to my 76 year old mother. Making up nonexistent laws. Charging her for a branch over the sidewalk, Public Right of Way when their website says it's the County's responsibility.
@311MC311 Montgomery County quickly shut down a Facebook reply, but even without stating the malicious prosecution motive; residents are not for your made up laws, especially that, directed at elderly residents.
