Walking is challenging for some patients with #osteoarthritis
Exercise therapy makes walking easier but be aware that those with severe difficulty walking and higher back and knee pain may need some extra support.

Improvement in pain (knee), QoL and self-efficacy after exercise therapy and education was associated with 2-year knee and hip replacement surgery. Progression to hip replacement was three times higher than knee. Great work by @IlanaAckerman et al. acrjournals.onlinelibrary.wi…
Looking forward to working with excellent colleagues and other collaborators the next few years at @FOF_research and @PROgrezDK
Introducing @Dorte_Groenne, our new PhD student in @FOF_reserach at @SUND_SDU and in @PROgrezDK at @NSRsygehuse. Her focus is on preventing falls among people with osteoarthritis through exercise therapy.
