Data centers will crush any dream of affordability short term as all labor goes to DCs ($$$) driving up costs across the sector. (Very) Long term positive outcome: construction finally shifts from projects to manufacturable products and the whole industry becomes more efficient.

One intriguing parallel could be investing in decentralized AI infrastructure, like open-source models or compute tokens (e.g., projects akin to Bittensor). It's still niche, dismissed by many as hype, but could explode with AI's growth. Another: quantum-resistant cryptography tech, undervalued amid rising quantum threats. Always DYOR—high risk, like early BTC. What's your take?

What's stopping @mackenziescott from spending 1% of her net worth hiring all the fired (and current) WP staff, and starting something called the Washington After to counter the dismantling of the paper and carrying on the institution?

You must provide your ID, but they can wear masks and conceal their identities. You must comply with every order, even when they ignore the very laws they’re sworn to uphold. You’re told to prioritize the officer’s “safety,” while his masked buddies surround your car armed to the teeth. You can't be armed, but they’re armed with military-grade weapons and authorized to use them to enforce compliance. You can't protest or "interfere", but they can enter your homes, detain your children, and kill your neighbors. You can't film them, but they can monitor your movements, scan your license plate, and track your location in real time. You can be fined and imprisoned for one wrong move, but they’re shielded by qualified immunity, and legally allowed to deceive you during questioning. At some point, the power dynamic reversed. Public servants became untouchable authorities, and abuse of power was rebranded as “order.” In the process, we’ve normalized state-sanctioned extortion, brutality, and subservience to law enforcement. If these profound double standards don’t alarm you, it’s not because they aren’t there. It’s because you’ve been trained not to notice. That’s how we got here. It's time to start noticing and say no more...

It's amazing how fast easily checkable lies spread on this website. 8.4 million views for a blatant falsehood. nytimes.com/2025/11/29/us/fr… nytimes.com/2025/12/18/us/mi… washingtonpost.com/business/… washingtonpost.com/national/… cnn.com/2024/10/04/politics/…
You literally can’t find a single mainstream article about the Minnesota fraud... Not even one... How is it that a simple guy with a camera can uncover over $110,000,000 in fraud in a single day, but giant billion‑dollar media organizations behind the glass doors somehow “miss” it for years? It’s not that they couldn’t find it. It’s that they wouldn’t They are desperate to bury this, protect their ideological allies, and smear anyone who exposes how rotten the system is with “it’s not as bad as it looks” think‑pieces or by turning it into a race‑based narrative to shut people up This is as clear as it gets in broad daylight The story isn’t just the fraud... The story is the massive cover‑up....

The Iron Giant (1999) flopped theatrically even though critics loved it. Brad Bird has said WB knew it was great but simply didn’t know how to sell it. The movie survived because kids kept discovering it on TV, then showing it to other kids.
What’s a great movie that completely bombed in theaters but found a cult following later?

HPV vaccines prevent cervical, anal, throat, penile, and vulvar cancers. Hepatitis B vaccines prevent liver cancer. Put them together and you get this wild fact: We could stop over 1 million cancers a year - before they even start.

Imagine using a sovereign controlled, completely private identity data solution that is stored in a digital wallet, where data attributes can be selectively disclosed, and shared access removed at the discretion of the data subject. We've built this cheqd.io

1/31 Meet project "Good Old USA" the now unsealed DoJ file on the Russian influence in the US to sway opinion on the war in Ukraine. Something Trump has bought into hook-line and sinker. It was held under seal, because we got the literal playbook revealing their methods

We're so lucky that Elon is able to find the most dire and poential country ending situations and provide a solution through one of his companies. We really would be lost without him at this point and I really don't think you can put a price on that, not $280M, or $400M or $1.2B.

This seems to be getting lost in the conversation about what's going on with the Trump admin: Money cannot be moved around for whatever purpose the White House wants. The purpose statute requires funds to be used as Congress allocates. propublica.org/article/doge-…

Holy shit. Instead of admitting they were wrong, @DOGE literally changed FPDS data to try to cover their asses. The website now says $8B but you can easily verify that the real number is $8M by cross-referencing with any other source as noted below.

Be careful, it looks like they're adjusting data in the background to cover themselves. They've changed this number. Can confirm it's false from other sources.

Federal workers are taking action on Wednesday, February 19 across the country to Save Our Services from Musk's theft. They are putting their jobs on the line, refusing to resign and they're asking the public to join them. We need everyone. --> go.savepublicservices.com

Elon is going to validate all your assumptions and then everything will be fixed magically overnight. Because the richest people always have all the answers and are always willing to cede power after they gain it. It’s going to be glorious.
