An outstanding 116th @DrakeRelays is in the books. Outstanding in so many ways. Weather, crowd, performances. America’s Athletic Classic was exactly what was needed after the spring weather we have been having. See you back at the Blue Oval in a few weeks for the @IGHSAU @IHSAA State Meet.

For the first time since 2022, the Iowa Hawkeyes sweep the men's and women's Relay Cups at the Drake Relays.

After splitting 54.94 on his final 400m of the 3200m Thursday night, Quentin Nauman is pretty confident in his training and fitness to go sub-4 in the mile on Saturday at Drake Relays and become the first prep athlete on Iowa soil to do so.
Nauman also gave a shoutout to fellow Iowan and future Oregon teammate Caleb Ten Pas, who unfortunately won’t get to compete in the mile becuase of a broken toe.
