For decades, Americans have been told we lack โstandingโ to challenge how our income taxes are spent. We can be forced to pay, but we supposedly have no concrete injury when hundreds of billions vanish into improper payments, waste, and worse.
Now the highest levels of governmentโSenators, House members, the Vice President, and the Presidentโare openly detailing shocking levels of fraud, waste, and abuse. The GAOโs own analysis has estimated annual losses to fraud alone between $233 billion and $521 billion. Improper payments continue in the hundreds of billions. And yes, American tax dollars have flowed in ways that ultimately benefited groups like the Taliban.
โก๏ธ When the people running the government themselves admit the scale of the malfeasance, how can courts continue to pretend ordinary taxpayers suffer no particularized injury? We are the ones whose wages are seized. We are the ones left holding the bag for deficits that never end. We are the ones whose children inherit the debt.

๏ธ It is long past time for the judiciary to recognize that taxpayers have standing to demand accountability: stop forcing us to fund this level of failure until the government can balance a budget and actually honor its oath to the American people. Generalized grievances become specific when the government itself confesses the theft.
โณ๏ธItโs time we don't just say "no more." We take action. They work for us. Let's stop pretending it's the other way around.

For the last several years, left-wing activist groups have hosted information and training sessions for prospective jurors in DC. This is part of an organized effort to nullify the DC jury pool in order to give Democrats and their allies in DC de facto immunity for politically motivated crimes while subjecting anyone they suspect of being a political opponent to a โguilty until proven innocentโ standard.
Itโs a complete perversion and total inversion of what the justice system in this country is supposed to be, but Democrats care more about protecting Democrats and hurting Republicans than they care about the justice system, let alone the country.
No doubt Democrats and the legacy media (but I repeat myself) would be wailing like banshees on crystal meth if the situation were reversed.

I donโt even know which one this is, but itโs one of the strongest ones Iโve had in a long long time. The desperation in his voice. You can see the sight of his kids in his eyes when he says heโs supposed to be home with them. You can see the math heโs doing in his head as he calculates how much money he has left, and how much he needs for his mortgage, and when itโs due.
What the hell is the American dream anymore? Is this what itโs about? Is there anyone who would say this guy isnโt working his ass off? For what? So that 25% of his income can go to a government that wastes it on a bunch of shit he didnโt vote for? Subsidizing the food he stocks grocery stores with for people who donโt work a 1,000th of how hard he works to buy groceries with EBT cards that he pays for, which then drives up the cost of groceries for him and his family that he pays for out of his paycheck because heโs doing it the right way.
This entire system is shit. Itโs shit. There is no nicer way to put it. It is dog. shit.
This guy should be working a 9-5 at a job that gives him dignity so that he can be at home with his kids at a decent time. Instead heโs some jerk offโs content. His stressed out, end of his rope reaction is some assholeโs income.

Magda Elkadi Saleh sits at the center of Tampaโs Islamic school network. She has founded and led institutions including the American Youth Academy (the rebranded continuation of the Islamic Academy of Florida), Universal Academy of Florida, and Bayaan Academy.
These schools now participate in Floridaโs school-choice voucher programs - routing public education dollars into the first stage of a parallel Islamic infrastructure.
Her father, Ahmed Elkadi, was the national leader (Masโul) of the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood from 1984 to 1994.
He was instrumental in building the movementโs American infrastructure, co-founding the Muslim American Society, and holding leadership positions including President of the North American Islamic Trust (NAIT), which holds title to hundreds of mosques and Islamic properties nationwide as waqf.
Her maternal grandfather, Mahmoud Abu-Saud, worked closely with Muslim Brotherhood founder Hassan al-Banna in Egypt and later settled in Florida.
Saleh has also served in leadership roles with the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) and works with CAIR-Florida - the same organization Governor DeSantis designated (along with the Brotherhood) under state law citing Holy Land Foundation records.
While Florida has labeled the Brotherhood and CAIR as terrorist-linked entities, her network continues to expand with public legitimacy and public dollars: schools shaping the next generation, professional associations building internal referral systems, and a documented institutional footprint in Tampa.
