Reality is that no-friction coin launches are here to stay.
But folks complaining about lower ceilings need to sack up and appreciate there are ways to raise them.
Solutions are simple but take effort:
- Tech: must be interesting / useful and align incentives with users/holders. Enabling growth together is the best path to onchain flourishing.
- Memes: timeless narratives which resonate with everyone. Far too much focus on shit that is out of fashion in a day to a month. Or an over-reliance on media / KOLs posting about them.
There are plenty of both.
Find them, put in the effort.
Allinu.
it has become complete counter-consensus to be bullish onchain now, have never seen sentiment this bad & ive been here ~9 years
crypto twitter has forgotten that it requires actual work on the builder side to make coins do well, so many traders complaining about lower ceilings on coins and not nearly enough people actually trying to build interesting protocols and/or to change that dynamic

Being “All In” is something which everyone around the globe, every culture, understands. Much less the degenerates we are around each day on CT.
However, it’s far more than merely something financial. People can go all in on every aspect of their life.
Importantly, it’s a timeless narrative.
We’ve been stuck in this ugly cycle of fleeting narratives, with a major emphasis on “viral memes”, then turnaround and ask ourselves why ceilings are lower.
At its core, a *dog* which goes *all-in*, is something everyone can easily understand and rally around.
We’re in dire need of something which people have fun with, that makes the timeline electric, that can be pushed outside our little area of X, and raise the ceiling.
We’ve found it here.

What does it actually mean to go ALL IN?
Everyone loves the idea of greatness. Very few are willing to live through what it takes to get there.
I see that same moment play out in the trenches every day. Something goes wrong. Conviction disappears. People quit, blame everyone else, and move on to the next thing.
Then they repeat the same shit and wonder why nothing changes.
When I was 16, I was half-assing both my sport and school. Eventually, I had to be honest with myself: I wanted something extraordinary, but I wasn’t giving it everything.
So I made a decision to go all in.
I quit school and committed to pursuing a career as a professional athlete.
Do you think my parents thought that was a good idea? Do you think everyone believed in me?
Of course not.
People told me I needed a Plan B.
Fuck Plan B. I was already half-assing two things. I was done giving half of myself to the one thing I wanted most.
I wanted to be great.
That decision didn’t make me successful overnight.
My first year after going all in, I was playing in the lowest division in my country.
On the fucking bench.
I had committed my life to this, and I couldn’t even earn a starting spot at the lowest level.
Do you think that felt fair when I believed I was training harder than everyone else?
No.
Did I quit? Did I whine that nobody could see my potential?
Fuck no.
I trained harder. I worked on my weaknesses. I kept showing up when there was nothing to celebrate and no proof that any of it would pay off.
That’s where your commitment gets tested. When you’ve given everything you have so far, and you still have a long way to go.
Three years later, I signed my first professional contract in the highest division.
Suddenly, nobody in my family thought I had made the wrong decision.
But I remember when nobody believed it was the right one.
I had to believe before there was a contract. Before there was recognition. Back when I was sitting on that bench.
I was relentless. Deep down, I knew I will become the athlete I wanted to be, and I was willing to do the work.
Ten years later, I’m still a professional athlete. I’m living the dream I committed to at 16.
Has it been only up?
Fuck no.
There have been setbacks, doubts, and days when the work felt like it was getting me nowhere. Going all in never meant I would stop facing difficulties. It meant I would keep facing them, keep learning, and keep finding a way forward.
That’s why ALLINU resonates with me.
I know what it feels like to commit to something before anyone else sees it. To keep working without applause. To take a setback and ask yourself what you need to do better.
To me, ALLINU carries that mentality. A state of mind you have to earn through your actions, every fucking day.
That’s why I believe it’s the greatest ticker ever.
Because I see my own story in it.
The belief. The sacrifice. The years of work behind a moment everyone else finally gets to see.
