The older I get, the more I realize that anxiety comes from trying to live in two places at once. Replaying yesterday. Rehearsing tomorrow. All while trying to live right now. It's exhausting. Come back to the present. Handle the two feet right in front of you. You don't need to fix your whole life today. You need to take the next right step. Then another. That's the recipe.

Mike Tomlin says he doesn’t care what critics think because there are only 3 types of people in the world: those who talk, those who watch, and those who do
“I say nothing. We got resumes. We all do. And we got to stand on that. I live a life, man, where I don’t seek comfort. I don’t make excuses. Engaging in that discussion to me is excuses. I don’t live that life, man.”
“I pour everything I got into what I do, man. And when the dust settles, it settles, and I keep it moving.”
“I don’t care a whole lot about what people have to say. Respectfully, I don’t. Some people talk, some people watch, some people do. I’m glad I’m a doer. I’m glad I live in that world.”
“I love the kitchen. I love competition. I love it when it’s hot. I love the challenges that our business presents. That’s just the life I choose to live, and I understand the things that come with it. And I’m okay with it.”

People don’t care about your problems; they either happy you got them or glad they don’t.

Talent gets you there.
Process keeps you there.
Nick Saban said it best:
“You must focus on the things that have made us good all season long.”
Championship teams don't chase the moment.
They live the process.

Prairie View A&M has amended HC Tremaine Jackson's contract, giving him a significant salary and staff pool bump, a source tells @mzenitz, @bmarcello and me for @CBSSports.
Jackson's salary and the staff pool both jump by around 35%. There is also an increased rev share commitment after Jackson's 10-4 debut and the program's first SWAC title since 2009.
Jackson is 50-16 overall as a HC in stops at Prairie View A&M, Valdosta State and Colorado Mesa.
