A welcomed move for clean tech production, but it's current approach to #MadeinEU doesn’t fully address the strategic needs of the #smartmetering sector.
A more holistic approach to “European preference” for #criticalinfrastructure is needed - going beyond production!

Today, we adopt the Industrial Accelerator Act to boost demand for low-carbon and European-made products in strategic sectors.
It will also simplify permits, and set conditions for foreign investments.
