He implys it Darlene in another tweet that’s running for an election(not reelection) and has been using anti lgbt language loudly thoughout the campaign. And no offense to people like Risch, but I don’t think people are talking about his campaign, like at all.

If what I am hearing is true than it would be the second senator from this state to have this sort of scandal in the past 20ish years. It isn't a swing state so I'm not terribly stressed if what I heard is true.
