Service design is 10% design... 90% creating the conditions for design to happen That means understanding constraints, building relationships with stakeholders, getting funding, winning buy-in…the list goes on Yet most service design education focuses on the 10% Why?!

What does #AccessToJustice look like without lawyers, or courts, or claimants? Really enjoyed taking part in this event and chairing one of the breakout discussions. Got some brilliant ideas to mull over, at least until the next event... 🤔
Thanks to the thought-provoking speakers in today's 'Reclaiming #AccessToJustice' event with @Warwick_Law: to chair @tara_mulqueen, to @leader_kate, @JaxKinghan, @ProfAdamGearey, Chayne Hogan, and Ursula O'Hare (@LawCentreNI) and Karen Ashton (@CE_LawCentre). Great discussion!

People have been hurt. And building trust is a long journey. If government officials want to build trust, they need to invest for the long haul, and be prepared for the fact that they may not even see the results of their efforts in their lifetime says Naja Nelson #reimaginegov
