Ever wonder how diabetes begins?
Our new paper in @ADA_Journals looks at effects of being more genetically prone to adult diabetes on metabolism across early life.
We found signs of disease liability ~50 yrs before peak onset.

Really pleased to see our paper published in @eBioMedicine this week. We found that weight loss in people recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes altered levels of cancer-related proteins in blood🩸.

CB-839 had almost no effect at all alone and so raises the question of whether aspirin could be a simple and cost effective way to increase efficacy of CB-839?
