A father from #Talke is appealing to @stokecity fans to hold a round of applause at this Sunday's home match against Hull City in memory of his son. Fourteen year old Rafe Lawton was a Potters fan and loved football. He passed away from a long illness in July.

We had a fantastic time welcoming all of our beautiful and brilliant Mummies into school today to celebrate Mother’s Day. 💐The children really enjoyed showing their Mummies their fabulous portraits and individually telling their Mummy why they love them.
