If it only matters to you when it happens to you, don't ask for help when it happens to you.

Why are they so obsessed with recruiting other girls into their lewdness? If you want to walk around naked and put your breasts on display, go for it. But why do you feel the need to constantly convince other girls to do what YOU want to do?

In 2005, American evangelist Benny Hinn reportedly declared “$4 million down the drain!” on the final day of a three-day crusade in Nigeria, expressing regret over the programme.
▶️In an interview with Daily Sun, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, head of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), distanced himself from the controversy, saying he had provided the church’s campground for the crusade free of charge.
▶️Adeboye also complained about how Hinn had treated him throughout the three-day event. Hinn had not allowed him to address the congregation, and when he finally acknowledged him publicly on the last day, he reportedly called him on stage and said, “I don’t know your name, but they say your name is Bro. Enoch, come let me pray for you.”
▶️Daily Sun reported that Hinn may have been frustrated by the low turnout, which was affected by a strike by petrol tanker drivers that caused fuel scarcity and disrupted transport.
▶️Hinn also criticised local organisers for charging pastors ₦1,000 each to attend the Ministers’ Conference held as part of the programme.
▶️Bishop Joseph Obembe, the crusade coordinator, said only about $1 million had been spent locally. He also alleged that Hinn’s team took a large share of the offerings back to America, despite an earlier agreement that the money would be used to settle outstanding bills.

hello, swedish guy here 🫡
It’s utterly ridiculous that @IKEA with their insanely talented technical team has not done this themselves with Opus 5.5 or Codex in the last couple of weeks.
Swedish companies in general need to wake up and understand the AI revolution is here.
It’s time to let their workforces just go nuts, forget the old Google 80/20 rule, instead impose a mandatory 50/50 rule.
While europe (yet) don’t have massive gpu super clusters or multiple frontier labs we have the ability to productize technology like no other.
It’s time to do that on overdrive. unleash the creativity that’s hidden inside of your companies.
ps. amazing work by Hassan aka @nutlope as per usual 🙇🏻♂️

If you want to replace an athlete, you need to be better than them. That's how sports works. Fairness has nothing to do with it.
Ralf Schumacher believes F1’s veteran drivers are making life difficult for the next generation. 👀
“If drivers keep racing until they’re 45, we might as well shut down Formula 2. Eventually, there won’t be any room for young drivers.”
Schumacher pointed to Fernando Alonso and Lewis Hamilton, calling the situation unfair to younger talent.
Do you agree with him? 🤔

One of the clearest indicators of a failed state is the normalisation of genocidal rhetoric without consequences.
When individuals can make public statements that may constitute direct and public incitement to genocide, and the state responds with silence or indifference, it raises serious questions about the credibility of its institutions and the equal protection of its citizens.
When confronted with issues like this, our responsibility as a people is not to obsess over peripheral figures like Opeyemi and Obi Cubana. We must interrogate the deeper structural problem: Why do some people feel sufficiently emboldened to make inflammatory and potentially genocidal statements about the Igbo with little apparent fear of accountability?
What historical prejudices, institutional failures, and political incentives have made such rhetoric socially tolerable?
More importantly, Nigerians must understand that scapegoating the Igbo has never resolved Nigeria’s fundamental problems.
Yakubu Gowon’s era offers a sobering historical lesson. The mass killing of Igbo people and the destruction wrought by the Nigerian Civil War did not resolve the underlying political and ethnic tensions that plagued the country.
Neither did the war magically eliminate Nigeria’s economic challenges or establish a lasting foundation for national cohesion.
A nation does not solve its problems by persecuting an ethnic group; it merely compounds its failures by giving prejudice the appearance of public policy.
Until Nigeria confronts the institutional weaknesses, historical grievances, and culture of impunity that enable ethnic hatred to flourish, it will continue to mistake the persecution of a people for the resolution of a problem.
Blaming the Igbo is not a solution to Nigeria’s problems. It is a convenient distraction from the people and institutions responsible for solving them.

The most sinister part of this isn’t that it’s untrue, of course you can’t infinitely do better
It’s that it presumes “doing better” is the point of marriage, that the goal of a relationship is to trade up. Deeply sociopathic advice being sold as empowering
