The entire case is truly repugnant to our values and Constitution. Below is the Defendant/Appellant’s discussion about the progress in the appeal, including his review of an Amicus Brief filed by Free Expression Foundation @FreeExpressFDN.
This lawyer, @EmperorInvictus, was sentenced to 9.5 months prison time, followed by probation for the rest of a five year sentence. Sentenced for the crime of participating in the Unite the Right Rally with literally hundreds of other people there with him who were not charged.
Can someone please reach out and talk to this guy? This story is mind blowing when you get into to the facts about how harmless a tiki torch is and how no one was actually assaulted or harassed.
