It’s hard you know, doing this role and listening to the exact same story from woman after woman over and over again… It’s like a whole new #MeToo movement but with medical gaslighting, untreated disease, and medical PTSD #Endometriosis #Iam1in10 #EndoTheStigma #EndoOnRepeat

Medical PTSD should be an official diagnosis it's SO real. Patients being severely traumatised yet zero psych support offered. This is far too common with #endometriosiswarriors 💛🎗 especially with the extreme levels of #medicalgaslighting endured 😪💛🎗 #endo #endometriosis x

Finally have a gynae referral for my 15yo little sister who looks like she also has #endometriosis. I'm praying she doesn't but my gut says that it is 😔💛🎗

While cramping and abdominal pain on your period is normal, chronic debilitating pain is not. If you think you have endometriosis, don't delay visiting your GP. A diagnosis takes on average 7.5 years in the UK and the earlier symptoms are caught, the easier it is to manage them.

Just to reassure people who are worried about cancer. Cancer services are carrying on please 🚨attend your screening appointment when called 🚨Go and see your GP if you have symptoms, they are seeing urgent appointments 🚨tests, treatments and surgery are happening as normal
