Over the past two weeks, Ukraine has received more than €2.44 million worth of equipment, mobile shelters and construction materials funded by the European Union through the Ukraine Energy Support Fund.
The deliveries included a circuit breaker and a power transformer with auxiliary equipment for the Chernihiv region, 12 mobile shelters for gas workers in the Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Kyiv and Chernihiv regions, as well as 7,121 foundation blocks for gas facilities in the Lviv, Poltava and Kharkiv regions.
This support will help protect energy workers, strengthen electricity and gas infrastructure, and maintain reliable energy supplies during russian attacks.

We continue strengthening the energy resilience of its healthcare system through the "Ray of Hope" Project ⚡
12 medical facilities have already been commissioned thanks to international support – 10 funded by Germany 🇩🇪 and 2 by Sweden 🇸🇪. Currently, 96 more facilities are under implementation, while technical solutions are being developed for 141 healthcare institutions.
"Ray of Hope" is a joint initiative of the @EU_Commission, @Minenergy_UA, and @MoH_Ukraine, implemented within the Ukraine Energy Support Fund under the coordination of @Ener_Community. It equips hospitals with solar panels, energy storage systems, and backup power solutions to ensure uninterrupted operation even under wartime conditions.

⚡️ The Ukraine Energy Support Fund @Ener_Community has already mobilized over €1.9 billion to help strengthen the resilience of Ukraine’s energy sector.
At the Donor Coordination Meeting in Vienna, our Deputy Minister @AnatKutsevol presented Ukraine’s priorities ahead of the next heating season, including attracting additional contributions to the Fund, building strategic reserves of critical equipment, and enhancing the energy system’s preparedness for future challenges.
The meeting also discussed expanding support to the water supply and district heating sectors affected by russian attacks.

A Strategic Reserve is being established under the Ukraine Energy Support Fund.
We’re working on this together with Artur Lorkowski, Director of the @Ener_Community Secretariat. The Reserve already has €197 million in available funding. It will enable Ukrainian energy companies to build up equipment stocks ahead of next winter and draw on those reserves for repairs when needed. Grateful to the Energy Community Secretariat and all donors to the Ukraine Energy Support Fund, which has now received over €1.87 billion in contributions.

Працюємо над цим спільно з Директором Секретаріату Енергетичного Співтовариства Артуром Лорковським.
Доступний бюджет Резерву на сьогодні вже становить 197 млн євро. Завдяки цьому механізму українські компанії зможуть накопичити енергетичне обладнання до наступної зими і тоді, за потреби, використовувати сформовані запаси для ремонтів.

Since its establishment, the Energy Community Secretariat has mobilised over EUR 1.8 billion from partners for the Ukraine Energy Support Fund, already enabling Ukrainian companies to receive critical equipment, special machinery.
📌 Agreed to consolidate all urgent requests from the energy community — with the first priority being the restoration of thermal power plants in Kyiv and Kharkiv.
