Excluding institutional shareholders who *have to own* $AMC for their index funds, retail shareholders own approx. 90% of AMC. So to every shill who said that we ‘sold and left’, you are wrong, wrong, wrong - we never left. We already knew that! @CEOAdam #AMC #AMCNOTLEAVING

TLDR: 40%+ of $AMC short sellers have a short position at max of $5.69 (likely lower). Anything over $5.69 and over 40% of $AMC short positions are in the red (if not more).

$AMC They only let price rise in pre market enough to tap resistance and create a fake rejection so they could dump price at open and continue their artificial downtrend Now they continue to manipulate orders to keep price at bottom of range so it doesn't break out

As it relates to Virtu Financial, Doug Cifu is actually nothing more than a figurehead for the infamous market maker. Looking further into Virtu's recently filed quarterly report, we learn that the actual decision-making and direction lies with Vincent Viola. "The Founder Post-IPO Member controls approximately 86.5% of the combined voting power of our outstanding common stock as of December 31. 2023". So, who is Mr. Viola, anyways? According to Virtu's own website, Vincent Viola is listed as "Vincent Viola , Founder, and Chairman Emeritus". Looking even further still, between Virtu's website, Financial Times, New York Times, and PitchBook, we learn more about "Mr. Viola": • President of the Viola family’s private investment office • "...one of the nation's foremost leaders in electronic trading" • Former Chairman of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) • Member of the board of directors of Independent Bank Group, Inc • "...also served on the board of a family-founded nonprofit organization focused on Catholic education initiatives in inner-city communities" • "Mr Viola’s long-time relationship with Gary Cohn, Goldman Sachs chief operating officer, helped the investment bank score its role as the lead underwriter for the offering. It will be joined by JPMorgan Chase, Sandler O’Neill and a handful of others on the deal. The company is planning to list on Nasdaq, using the symbol “VIRT” • "...a founder of Madison Tyler Holdings, LLC" • Lived a couple blocks from Jeffrey Epstein, according to the New York Times • Came under fire in Michael Lewis's Flash Boys • "...was accused...of punching a concessions worker in the face at a high-end racehorse auction" So, why does this matter? Virtu's Financial recent quarterly filing tells us that Vincent Viola: • "...has the ability to substantially control [Virtu]..." • "...the concentration of voting power with [Mr.Viola] may have a negative impact on the price of our Class A Common Stock" • " [Mr. Viola's] interests may not be fully aligned with yours [the investor], which could lead to actions that are not in your best interest" ----- TLDR: While Doug Cifu parades around Wall Street and social media as the c0ck of the walk, the actual power in Virtu lies with a Wall Steeet well-to-do hockey team owner who allegedly punches concession workers in the face; Vincent Viola. In conducting his duties as Founder, and Chairman Emeritus, Mr. Viola's 86.5% voting rights, give him nearly autonomous influence that can negatively impact the value of Virtu's stock, and his decisions so not need to align with investors, so much so that it may not be in their best interests. ----- ..."probably nothing!" ----- Virtu Financial Form 10-K for the Fiscal Year Ended December 31, 2023: d18rn0p25nwr6d.cloudfront.ne… Virtu Financial - Person Details for Vincent Viola: ir.virtu.com/corporate-gover… April 8, 2021 The New York Times article: nytimes.com/2021/04/02/reale… January 18, 2017 The New York Times article: nytimes.com/interactive/2017… March 10, 2014 Financial Times article: ft.com/content/18454592-a8a6…
By now I'm sure many are aware that Doug Cifu's Virtu Financial reported $6.071 billion of "financial instruments sold, not yet purchased" in their 2023 annual report. However, something that I find interesting when looking further into the data is, 34.14% of Virtu's sold, not yet purchased are attributed to "US and Non-U.S. government obligations". Of that 34.13%--or $2.072 billion--$1.396 billion has a remaining contractual maturity that is "overnight and continuous". Translation: 67.34% of Virtu Financial's $2.072 billion of US and Non-U.S. government obligations [bonds and other securities] are tied up in repurchase agreements; a/k/a repos. "Banks, dealers, other financial institutions, and corporate investors commonly use repos to finance their securities inventories, obtain short-term funding and/or meet regulatory requirements". "Repurchase agreements are designed to minimize counterparty credit risk..." ----- TLDR: At least $2.0 billion of Virtu's $6.0 billion of "sold, not yet purchased" is reserved for repos. Because of the requirement to determine the market value of securities subject to repurchase on a daily basis, these securities are susceptible to changes in market value--e.g., interest rates--which can lead to margin calls. ----- ..."probably nothing!" ----- Virtu Financial Form 10-K for the Fiscal Year Ended December 31, 2023: d18rn0p25nwr6d.cloudfront.ne… PricewaterhouseCoopers Accounting Guide; Chapter 5: Accounting for Transfers Reported as Secured Borrowings: viewpoint.pwc.com/dt/us/en/p…

DTCC's FICC issuing important service updates to the participants of its Government Securities Division (GSD), Mortgage-Backed Securities Division (MBSD), and Depository Trust Company (DTC). DTCC is opening suggestions for participants director nominees from participants of DTC, NSCC and FICC. "Individuals who are nominated and elected to the Board of DTCC also will be elected to the Boards of DTC, NSCC and FICC" DTCC's participants will have until March 15, 2024 to provide their suggestions, and election of the Board of Directors of DTCC will take place at Annual Meeting of Shareholders of The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (“DTCC”), which will be held on or around May 29, 2024. TLDR: DTCC--a post-trade financial services company that provides clearing and settlement services to the financial markets--is opening up nominations for the Board of Directors of the DTCC, which ultimately means the Boards of the DTC, NSCC and FICC, as well, from its participants. Translation: DTCC is looking to its participants--banks, government agencies, broker-dealers, hedge funds, market-makers, etc--for recommendations on who should be on its board, which governs the DTCC. DTCC's shareholders--who are also collectively owners of the DTCC--will ultimately decide who goes on the board of the DTCC. DTCC shareholders are clearing agency participants, who are required to buy DTCC common shares to create relationship between the agency, participants, affiliates, & owners. ELI5: DTCC is responsible for clearing and settling of most securities transactions, and is run by regulators, banks, finance service companies, market makers, and more. These same entities that use the DTCC essentially run the DTCC as well, as they are shareholders of the DTCC; meaning they are ultimately owners of the DTCC. These same entities are who are owners of the DTCC essentially determine who goes onto DTCC's board, which runs the DTCC. (....wash, rinse, repeat) ----- ..."probably nothing!" ----- For more information on DTCC and its subsidiaries, see the entirety of the attached thread. ----- FICC - GOV Service Updates - Nominations to the Board of Directors of The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation: dtcc.com/-/media/Files/pdf/2… FICC - MBS Service Updates - Nominations to the Board of Directors of The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation: dtcc.com/-/media/Files/pdf/2… FICC - DTC Service Updates - Nominations to the Board of Directors of The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation: dtcc.com/-/media/Files/pdf/2…

Now that you’ve heard the fake outrage from the West, let’s look at the information they withheld from you. Navalny is a terrorist. He was caught planning a color revolution to overtake Russia with MI6. He’s not “political opposition”. He’s a foreign intelligence asset. A spy. Below, you can see Navalny discussing planning “mass protests, civil initiatives, propaganda, establishing contacts with elites” with British MI6 agent, James William Thomas Ford, via the funding from unnamed rich billionaires. Navalny was the West’s frontman to takeover Russia from within. The same exact playbook they used to take over Ukraine. Navalny was a Deep State asset, and he was treated as such. As a hostile foreign actor looking to overthrow a sovereign nation, on behalf of the West. Treason and sedition. So spare me with the West’s fake outrage and pearl-clutching, as if Putin is unfairly jailing and murdering political opponents, while the Trump witch hunt is going into its 8th year… and while Julian Assange is still being tortured in prison… Biden and the MSM are already trying to leverage this situation to coerce Americans to send more money to Ukraine. The entire thing is a hoax, just like everything else they do.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The man in the video is not Navalny, but Vladimir Ashurkov, an associate of Navalny. He is not asking the other man for money, he is describing his fundraising pitch. The video is from 2010, first published in 2012. rt.com/russia/514291-… Navalny was sentenced on unrelated charges in 2021. bbc.com/news/world-eur…

In whatever this last chapter is (be it weeks, months or many months…and i believe we are in it) do yourself a big favor… Trust your gut. If someone seems “off” or makes you get a knot in your stomach…if someone says something and your reaction is “that sounds like they’re planting fud”…chances are that’s what is happening and you know it. The thesis is simple: this company will return to profits and shorts made a bad bet which they doubled, tripled and quadrillioned down on. If we stay, we win. The tokens, the shorts, the swaps, the n*keds, the ftd’s…they’re all coming home and our egg will one day hatch. The tendie sand man cometh $amc #amcnotleaving #TheGreatUnwinding
