Dispute Resolution on Exitpad 🔍 In normal dealflow: Deal terms agreed ➜ Buyer funds Safe escrow ➜ Seller transfers assets ➜ Buyer satisfied & signs to release ➜ Seller signs ➜ 2/3 signatures achieved; release funds + assets programmatically. But disputes happen. Current dispute mechanism: ➜ Buyer or Seller submits dispute at any stage. ➜ Exitpad team notified, reviews evidence (chats, terms, submissions) → first mediates for mutual agreement. ➜ If needed, team signs as third party fairly: release to seller if terms provably met, or refund buyer if proven otherwise. Future (True Decentralization): ➜ DAO becomes the third signer upon Safe creation. ➜ Unresolved disputes → DAO votes & signs based on evidence. ➜ Team steps out of dispute signing → true community governed decentralized command for disputes.
