Think the year 2026 will be giant year for M&A. I do agree with @bhorowitz though, it's not going the M&A that traditional finance guys are used to at all...
In tech, especially crypto software, the real sauce isn't swallowing whole companies with their baggage (teams, leases, endless diligence wars). It's surgically securing IP, the codebases, algorithms, patents that slots right into a bigger stack without the integration hangover.
Speculator capital markets are dead, memes have no substance, only builders are left. A lot of legitimate good ideas will be introduced this next super cycle. @Exitpad is positioned for all of them to have a way to sell their companies, and get eyes on them. Because let’s be honest noone in this space is using fuckin flippa.

ExitFi is a term popularized by Exitpad for decentralized mergers & acquisitions (d/M&A) in crypto and web3. It focuses on on-chain deal flows, non-custodial escrow, privacy-focused exits, and transaction types like fixed-price sales or offers. Essentially, it's the "exit" side of DeFi for projects and assets. Their V2 platform launches soon to advance this.
Among other incredible updates coming to Exitpad V2, we've completely transformed the seller listing experience.
What was once a static form is now an interactive, engaging process — making it easier than ever to list anything digital, including Tokenized Projects.

Web3 builders, your code & communities shape the onchain future.
We get it: Funds fade, teams burn out, projects stall, potential dies.
Launchpads flooding the market, offering zero off-ramps for ventures; forcing builders to inevitably abandon their projects and communities.
Exitpad restores equilibrium.

We believe trustless, decentralized M&A opens an entirely new frontier for the space.
We’ve spent the last 6+ months identifying and plugging the major variables that make decentralized M&A uniquely challenging.
It’s a harder problem to solve than centralized M&A, but we believe it’s a necessary one for the space to grow.

Don’t tell Alon this but
Exiting your Web3 project is tons more respectable (and profitable) than abandoning it.
