Lando would have overtaken but why waste tyre life and time? If they had fought, Lando would have passed but could have finished up behind Hadjar. Everyone can see it was the correct call except Oscar fans.

I would have loved Lando to have to chance to go back to back this year but this is formula 1. He has had an amazing season despite not having the car to fight for the championship. Well done to Mercedes for nailing the new regs and to Kimi for the phenomenal season who will most certainly take the championship next race. It has been an honour to see Lando race with the number 1 this year. That is something not many drivers get to do in their career. I am forever proud to be a Lando fan.

Lando finished a pit stop ahead and a place over Hadjar. He said he had more pace which he absolutely did and proved it. I don’t see how you can have a problem with what happened.
