I saw the film WildWood today. Went into this one blind. The only thing I knew about it is it was produced by the same team who created Coraline. I left the theater pleasantly surprised. The art is gorgeous, the voice performances were great and the action is solid. The story has a good message to it too. It felt like a high fantasy version of Expedition 33. I'd recommend seeing it. Just know (if you have kids) even though it LOOKS kiddy there is SOME cursing & blood in the action scenes, but nothing too crazy. 8.5/10
