We get a notification every time one of our shooting machines is used. @LaurenHarrisBB 's work ethic is unmatched and thought we'd share a screen capture from our @drdishbball machine so others can know that Lauren is where she is right now because of her consistency and drive-- coupled with the love and support of those around her. These aren't even close to all of her workouts, just this Dish (there are 2)...and she does these workouts with either a 10 or a 20# weighted vest, depending on her recovery protocol for the day. Morning, night, pre & post practices and games, holidays, all year long for the last 6 years. As she is wrapping up her time in Summy Gymnasium, a place that we know is dear to her, we thought this is worth documenting. Keep it up Lauren, we know you will! We are what we repeatedly do, therefore excellence is not an act but a habit.
