Well it’s a long story over the last 12 years…but I’ll make it short and sweet. 1. EMR are filing cabinets. All data within is in-operable with other hospital systems. A significant amount of data would need to be pulled and transferred then analytics would be required. I would have wanted every data element available nationwide. I would have gone straight to the EMR manufacturers which most likely required a lot of legalese. 2. AI implementation scanning all scientific documentation (I would go back at least 100 years). This would require additional analysis. Another heavy lift. 3. I would also be doing epidemiology study’s, much like what others have demonstrated on X in regard to the lots and batches if they are doing things right they would do much the same as @JohnBeaudoinSr and pulling death records. That would not surprise me in the least. (I’ve been calling for the transparent review of all de-identified medical records for years). 4. Next I would be doing a very thorough investigation of the VAERS data, from an IT perspective. Was data manipulated, if so, from where, when, how, and on whose authority. Counties have reported that they experienced this phenomenon at the peak of the crisis so my assumption is that the data was HIGHLY manipulated. Depending on the findings I would have multiple teams working on ALL variations this may present then transition the findings to builders to improve security. I would probably do a series of staff interviews across the country to audit VAERS entry protocols and said adherence to them. 5. I would be reviewing ALL internal policies and processes under the scope of @HHS there are a list of studies under this umbrella that, with AI, process improvements could be found and implemented which requires retraining. Preparing for reorganization. 6. Staffing down to the window washers, outsourcing contracts, facility expenses, EBITA over that last 20 years. I would include forensic accountants in this entire process. And quite possibly DOJ if things start to look shady. 7. Technologies from computer systems to interoperability review, and creation of POA That’s what I would have initiated in the first month…from there, I would have found more than 100 additional roads to travel. Then I would get to the fun part of reviewing scientific research, grant processes and developed new to ensure ethical and replicable research is being completed. Simultaneously I would have the very best data folks ensuring every morsel of data was pristine in and out of the best analytic system(s) which, most likely require IT Tech builds. There is so much more than what I’ve listed here. But hopefully it helps to demonstrate the ENORMITY of the lift. This makes no mention of fettering through the bureaucratic layers upon layers that exist. There will be a HUGE shift in how medicine and scientific research is practiced in the future. I highly recommend everyone start an LLC and find their passion, get a head start. AI changes EVERYTHING. Your titles won’t matter. Your degrees won’t matter.
