This man is a gamer!!!
‘27 Jake Churchman (FL) ties the game up with this loud RBI 3B off the centerfield fence. Creates clear lift at impact w/ strength towards the gaps.

Spent nearly five years hearing,
"You're wasting your time."
"That'll never happen."
Now the inbox says,
"Can you send me those guidelines, Coach?"
The people telling you it can't be done usually aren't the ones trying to do it 💯

🚨 A HISTORIC MOMENT FOR FLORIDA HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETICS.
Bay District Schools has become the first school district in Florida to officially release Booster Club Guidelines following the passage of SB 538.
This marks the first official implementation of SB 538 in Florida.
For the first time, Florida school districts, coaches, and booster clubs have an official framework demonstrating how booster club compensation can be implemented under the new law.
This isn't under review. ❌
This isn't in committee. ❌
This is official ✅
The conversation has changed from, "Can it be done?" to, "How will your district do it?"
Congratulations to Bay County's coaches, administrators, school board, booster clubs, and community on becoming the first district to provide a blueprint for the rest of Florida.

FCC has been meeting with school districts across Florida since #SB538 was signed into law.
Today, our Region 7/8 Director, @coachwaldrop, and Executive Director, @AndrewRamjit, met with Orange County School Board Member Angie Gallo (@ucfalum).
Ms. Gallo has consistently been a strong advocate for teachers, coaches, and extracurricular sponsors in Orange County. We appreciate her willingness to listen, ask tough questions, and engage in meaningful conversation.
The Florida Coaches Coalition will continue advocating for coaches and ensuring their voices remain part of the conversation as districts evaluate the opportunities created by SB 538.
With the Orange County School Board leadership elections taking place on #August18, we're excited to see the direction of the district's leadership and look forward to continuing these important conversations with the Board in the months ahead.
We encourage all educators across Florida to go out and vote on #August18.
The future of education, athletics, and coaching is shaped by the people who show up.

What is the true value of a high school coach?
It’s more than just wins and losses.
It’s character, discipline, and leadership.
What’s one thing YOU would say to a school board member? 👇
