Palantir’s U.S. commercial revenue was larger than U.S. government revenue for the first time ever — and USG grew 96% year over year.
It’s a new moment.
Palantir reports Q3 ‘26 US comm revenue growth of 148% Y/Y and revenue growth of 96% Y/Y; raises FY ’26 revenue guidance to 91% Y/Y growth and US comm revenue guidance to 143% Y/Y, crushing consensus expectations.
US comm revenue accelerated to 29% growth Q/Q and was $984 million, up from $397 million a year ago and $179 million two years ago, and surpassed US government revenue for the first time ever.
We also generated $1.128 billion in Q3 ‘26 GAAP net income, an increase of 137% Y/Y.

Sovereignty was once someone else’s job. It is now yours.
Sovereignty is the language of nation-states. It now matters for companies, too.
Unlike earlier software, whose mediocrity sat at the margins, AI sits at the heart of decisions, context, and expertise. The architectures companies choose now decide whether they compound their own judgment or become dependent on someone else’s prices, policies, and permission.
In a subservient company, every use of AI feeds another power. In a sovereign one, every use enriches its own domain.
New essay: To Be Subservient or Be Sovereign.

Great article on Waymo vs Uber in DC. My only quibble is calling the prior taxi zone system “wonderful” it was a nightmare. dc.citycast.fm/opinion/dc-is… @mffisher @CityCast_DC

Thanks to @MTSlive and @theojaffee for having me on to talk about the Meritocracy Fellowship!
If you're a high school senior and "you’re going to the deep end, and we’re gonna see if you can float” appeals to you, apply today / DM me.
Palantir's @jordanchirsch reveals how the Meritocracy Fellowship puts 18-year-olds straight out of high school on Palantir's most cutting-edge software deployments:
"We don’t hold back on where to assign them. They’re working on some of our most cutting edge deployments. There's not a field that we say, 'You can’t do this because you’re 18 years old.'"
"We aim to invest them with the same degree of responsibility that we invest all of our full-time employees. There’s not like a, 'Oh, go work on this really safe project that doesn’t mean that much to a customer.'"
"It’s like, 'You're going to the deep end, and we’re gonna see if you can float.'"

More obscene wickedness from the Islamic Republic.
Today, they hanged him. The Islamic Republic executed Ali-Sina Mostafavi, an Iranian mountaineer.
Let’s be brutally honest. The Islamic Republic will not stop hanging people because we tweet, share hashtags, or beg for mercy.
We Iranians wake up every day knowing that another family may receive a phone call announcing that their loved one has been executed.
How many more bodies must hang before world leaders understand that condemnation without consequences is not a policy?
The United Nations has documented serious human rights violations, forced confessions, and grossly unfair trials in Iran. This is not a lack of information. It is a lack of political will.
Stop treating executions as a routine human rights concern. Treat them as an international emergency.
We, the people of Iran, are exhausted from burying our loved ones while the world issues statements.
We are not asking you to save us with your sympathy. We are demanding that you stop granting impunity to those who kill us.

Yeah I’m sorry, but there is nothing more magical than a crisp 40-60 degree autumn day with a nice comfy sweater and a hot coffee, on a brisk walk with a friend.
This map is pure East Coast erasure.

Thank you, @DahliaKurtz, for sharing my son's legacy with your readers.
“My name is Daniel Pearl. My father is Jewish. My mother is Jewish. I am Jewish.”
Those were the kidnapped American journalist's last words before his throat was slit. On camera.
He would've been his 63 today.
Sending love to his father @yudapearl. You and Ruth raised a hero.

A French monopoly. You don’t easily compete with an unique competence stemming from centuries of experience and regular intense training.
Why angry British students don’t protest like the French.

Palantir CEO Alex Karp:
"I know one of my ideas is important when everyone tells me, 'We could never do that.'"
"@MabreyTed, who's a wonderful person who runs US Commercial famously said, 'Please stop talking to Palantirians about how big Foundry's going to be. It's depressing and everybody knows you're out of touch.'"
"And he was right. I had to stop talking to people for like six months."
