Not to discount the work I did myself, but really it was seeing so many friends stand by me and all the new people I've met since who have made me feel like I wasn't as worthless as my ex made me feel. My life is largely better from all angles thanks in large part to love!

Dating someone with BPD is apparently a topic on here and as someone who has done that before the consequences of it literally rewired by brain almost entirely because it broke every rule of what a healthy relationship was supposed to be but was so engrossing nonetheless
