Fully expunged? Or just subject to "clean & seal"? I thought the only thing that could be retained after a true expungement was some limited intelligence information (but I haven't researched it & could be wrong). Clean & seal protection is much more limited--it essentially just means outsiders who run a search on the UJS portal don't see it listed. The way your screenshot lists the cases looks more like clean & seal.
It’s absolutely not only going to be the worst serial murder mystery in Philly history! But they will never be able to find or even know the answer to the number of women killed the house of horrors. And the name of horrors is just putting it lightly.
If it wasn’t for that federal officer this could have been going on for ever!

Police have found more hard drives some dating back to 2013. These hard drives are labeled and one of the missing girls name is on the hard drive. Another hard drive is labeled with a disturbing word. All will come out soon, most likely the next police Press conference.
