After discussing with my family and reflecting on my season myself, I have decided to officially enter the transfer portal. I’m thankful for the time I spent being apart of the golden eagle family at Cal State LA. I’m looking forward to the new opportunities ahead! 🫶🏾

High school athletes, I know you all think these schools are going to wait around until you decide when it’s the right time to sign late in the spring. Let me tell you that plan has backfired 88% of the time. Money will be spent and you’ll be paying for school.

In 2024 let’s collectively pursue loving mankind more selflessly, looking for ways and opportunities to build up those around us, and courageously leading with Justice, Mercy, and Grace as the primary tools on our belt.

📢 Recruiting in Track and Field 📢 Its a busy time for college coaches with recruitment... whether you reach out to us, or we reach out to you, the initial questions usually go something like this: 1⃣ - Are you registered with the NCAA eligibility center? 2⃣ - Do you have unofficial transcripts to send over? 3⃣ - Do you have film from any of your races/events (include lane and uniform color)? The conversation will always flow from there! Make sure you work ahead and have those items ready and accessible! #Trackandfield #eligibility #NCAA #coaching #coaches #PSA #recruitment

Looking to rotate your upper body faster? You have to STOP rotation of the lower body. As one segment decelerates, the next accelerates. @FlatgroundApp
