STRONG TORNADO POSSIBLE including Minneapolis this late afternoon and evening!
A rare tornado threat could materialize across central Minnesota into northwestern Wisconsin during 4-8 pm as low 60s dew points surge north across the North Country. We almost executed an all-night drive to chase this threat, but will be working on Dominator 1 today in Perkins.
Stay tuned to severe weather watches and warnings including Minneapolis-St Paul starting by 3 pm.
