It was great to see such a strong turnout at our Ash Wednesday Mass and a full chapel. I had the opportunity to personally thank Father Capó and our Campus Ministry team for dedicating the Mass to my father on the 10th anniversary of his passing, and to the First Lady for bringing my mother to be part of this special remembrance.

Faith, fitness, and a global reach.
STU’s very own Father Rafael Capó was featured in The New York Times for his unique way of connecting with young people—fusing spirituality with strength and inspiring lives around the world.
His presence reaches far beyond the chapel, reminding us that faith is alive and thriving in today’s generation.

Please follow my brother, Father Rafael, who has carried this responsibility from an early age. Christ bestowed this duty upon his shoulders, and I can attest to the Divine Presence of the Lord residing in his heart. We have been close friends since infancy--a true Blessing for me!

OK he is my inspiration! What a unique priest!
Together with the sacred mysteries and my personal prayer in this Holy Week, I offer the grind and pains of my physical training inspired in the words of St. Paul: “Now I rejoice in my sufferings for your sake, and in my body I am filling up what is lacking in the passion of Christ”. (Col 1:24) 💪🏼✝️🙏🏼 Fit for the Kingdom!

Fun fact: The Swiss Guard is actually not there to protect the Church, they're there to make sure the secret weightlifting Catholic sect doesn't get out to execute atheists in barehanded combat.
