Cool. Building a native protocol @FeelsSol with this philosophy. Can check pitch.feels.fun

on solana’s meme launchpad pumpfun, about 98.6% of launched tokens were classified as rug pulls or pump and dump schemes.
only around 97,000 out of seven million tokens ever kept more than $1,000 in liquidity.
that's over $149.2 MILLION lost to rugs MONTHLY. 💔
tbh, the problem isn't the users, it’s that current DEX architecture allows it.
this is why @FeelsSol, a top project from @SuperteamDE, is rebuilding the market on @solana.

Working on pitch.feels.fun to summarize all.
Its WIP.
We aren't building just another launchpad or a pump/bonk competitor.
We're creating a fully fledged DEX that doesn't exist today in terms of market making.
Proper market making has always been the biggest pain.
Launching New Markets with Feels
A new market launches with spot and lending active.
The market begins with three vaults. Each vault holds a fixed amount of the coin. Users deposit the reserve asset to acquire the coin or to open a lending position. Each vault prices its supply through a linear set of tick prices. Early buyers get lower prices. Later buyers move through higher ticks.
Spot Vault
The spot vault gives users a spot position token. Holders of this token may redeem it at any time to receive the underlying coin. The vault prices its supply through its own fixed tick prices. Under the hood, the vault provides liquidity to the JIT liquidity system. The JIT system uses this capital to supply reactive liquidity during swaps. Users who want immediate exposure to the coin choose this path, and they may redeem the position token right away if they want the underlying asset.
Duration Vaults
The duration vaults gives user vault position tokens. There are 3 durations vaults, short, medium, and long, with 7 day, 21 day, and 49 day lock terms respectively. These durations are WIP and may be subject to change.
Users deposit reserve assets into the vault, the vault opens loans for the corresponding duration. On deposit, users receive position tokens that are redeemable at the end of the term.
The starting price level for each vault differs depending on the term length. The starting price for longer terms is lower than the starting price for shorter terms reflecting the time value of money.
Vault Mechanics
Each vault has a warmup period. The warmup period gives time for initial price discovery to occur. During this period the liquidity structure for each vault is fixed. The linear tick prices remain unchanged until the warmup period ends. The vault does not LP any funds it has received from user deposits until this period is over.
When the warmup period ends, each vault repositions all of its liquidity according to its steady state strategy. The spot vault deposits its liquidity into the JIT system. The JIT system provides liquidity at the time weighted average price.
The short term vault and long term vault reposition their liquidity in a similar way. They use historical price information from previous terms to place liquidity at a time weighted target price level.
Vault Mechanics
Each vault moves through its ticks in order. Buyers always consume the cheapest available tick in the chosen vault. The vaults do not share liquidity with each other. Each vault has its own price range and allocation. When a vault sells out its ticks the vault is complete. The vault configuration and liquidity positioning used here is the same for all markets, so each launch follows the same pattern.
Initial Buy
The creator can perform an initial buy during deployment. This uses a hook that allows the creator to execute a purchase instruction at the moment the market launches. It is a fair launch mechanism because the creator only receives the chance to enter first, and the vault pricing remains unchanged.
Combined Market Structure
The three vaults provide three paths into the new market. One path gives instant access to the coin. One path gives lower prices for a short commitment. One path gives the best price for a long commitment. This design creates a clear tradeoff between immediacy and cost. All vaults are created at launch, so price discovery for the three durations begins at the same time. This forms a simple yield curve. It also seeds the market with short and long duration liquidity from the first block.

The most fucked thing is that eventually you have to sell. I don't want to fucking sell. I want to borrow capital against my bags without liquidation risk, without triggering tax liabilities.
Who is building this?

Super excited about this design.
Current launchpads: Token launches → bonding curve fills → migrates to DEX → most end up selling post migration → token usually dies except 0.0001% runners.
Feels: Token launches → protocol owns the liquidity forever → no migration needed → liquidity can't be pulled → floor price only goes up
How it will work:
Phase 1 (soon): Every token gets its own permanent pool owned by the protocol. Two types of liquidity:
Floor liquidity = minimum price everyone can sell at
Support liquidity = keeps price stable
If 100% of holders panic sell, everyone still gets the floor price.
Phase 2: Same pool lets you borrow against your tokens without selling. No need for separate lending protocol. Your collateral is protected by the floor price.
Phase 3: Same pool enables leverage trading. No liquidations below floor price. Everything runs from one unified liquidity pool.
One pool does everything. No migrations. No rugs.
The protocol is the market maker, the lender, and the leverage provider. All from day one, all from the same pool, all with a guaranteed floor that rises as fees accumulate.
That's the difference. We don't hand off liquidity to random LPs who can exit. We keep it forever and make it work harder.
Up only tech.

Selling is a problem → thin liquidity.
Sell shaming too → markets need exits.
Many don't know this but I've been in crypto for over 10 years. Designed protocols, built distributed systems, operated infrastructure at scale. Proper building, not just shitposting.
Working on something new. A DEX with built-in lending market. Guaranteed price floors, interest-free loans against positions, leverage without liquidation. Will be on Solana.
Tokens you never need to sell—just borrow against them when you need cash. There are tradeoffs of course, still designing everything.
Think: The unruggable DEX. Up only tech.
Trying to ship this year. Will take a few months minimum. Writing this for accountability to push myself.
Yours truly.

99% of tokens rug. Think about that. Almost every token dies, yet platforms made billions. The game is weird. We all know that. Don't hate the player, hate the game.
I've been thinking about this wrong. Everyone tries to prevent rugs with better launches, vesting, audits, dIsTriBUtIoN (kek). All cope. The answer is making rugs impossible. Mathematically impossible.
Think LP fees + JitoSOL yields + MEV. If that backs your floor, the floor only goes up. Not a treasury. Not a multisig. Just math.
So, how about this: you never sell (Murad mode). You borrow against your position. Zero interest. No liquidations. Price crashes? Doesn't matter. Your loan is still good.
Ok but how? When you borrow against your position, you're not borrowing against volatile token price—you're borrowing against the guaranteed floor. Since floors only go up (LP fees + JitoSOL yield + fees), your collateral value never drops below your loan. No liquidations possible. Traditional lending needs interest because they take price risk. I don't. One-time origination fee covers protocol costs. After that, borrow forever. Your position keeps earning yield while borrowed against. It's not a loan really—it's unlocking liquidity from future floor appreciation.
Latest design uses volatility-based dynamic fees—market action becomes permanent liquidity. Protocol-owned floors enable safe liquidity sharing between pools, creating network effects as the capital base grows.
Why Solana? Because I need ms blocks to rebalance pools in real-time. I need low fees so the protocol can eat bad trades. I need parallel execution for the lending logic. Ethereum and L2s still too slow. Also Solana is where all the action is. This is a Solana Cycle (real).
Most DEXs optimize for volume. Questionable metric. Volume could also mean churn. Churn means someone's exit liquidity. This will optimize for positions that never need to exit. Trust me I've round-tripped 8 figures because I couldn't sell, I need this more than anyone.
Everything still in design phase, honing the mechanics. Development starts soon. The UI accepts any token and converts to JitoSOL automatically. One click. Most won't even know what's happening under the hood. They'll just see their floor going up.
Yes, obviously not reinventing the wheel here and well aware of Baseline. Most design is borrowed from them, but on Solana.
DMs open.
Feedback, opinions and shitposts are welcome.
