Over the past few days, I have held talks with the leaders of several Balkan countries, and today an important election is taking place in Serbia. It reminded me of how, as a child, I often went with my parents to the Serbian Restaurant, which has since closed down.
Fortunately, you can still find great ćevapi in plenty of places, whether Sarajevo-style or Serbian-style.

Positive indicators in the Serbian elections: historic turnout (65% at 18 pm with two hours to go), very high social mobilization. Negative indicators: the regime is gathering police forces in Belgrade, the pro-regime patriarch of the Serbian church is calling for the election results to be accepted. A bad cocktail is brewing. Hope I'm wrong.
