Same thing with Marie Curie. Have you ever heard them mention her husband? It was his research. They split his nobel because "inclusivity" and they wanted to have a woman get it. He mysteriously died afterwards and the university gave her his office. She didn't earn tenure, they just gave her his position for optics.
