If Joe Milton balls to the point he fucks up our draft positioning he better look like Josh Allen lol

A QB change in Philadelphia: the Eagles are naming Joe Milton their starting QB and benching Tanner McKee for Sunday’s game vs. the Giants, per @mikegarafolo and me.

Nick Foles goes on a passionate rant about people inside the Eagles’ building getting upset over former players criticizing the team:
“The fact that they’re getting emotional about what we say. Like, block us out. We’re talking to the fans. The fact that you’re getting frustrated about what Nick Foles and Brandon Graham are saying.
We care so much about the Eagles. BG and I want to talk really good about the Eagles, but when we go and put on the tape, there are too many things that we have to share from our perspective and insight.”

Guys this is not how football works, be careful who you follow
Mahomes missed FOUR wide open, walk in TDs yesterday, three of which would've been to Worthy.
Worthy legit could've had a 200 yard, 3 TD game.

“Eagles can’t start Joe Milton because he doesn’t know the playbook yet and he can’t read defenses, he just runs around and throws deep.”
JJ McCarthy was traded to the Giants on September 28, and replaced Jameis Winston on October 11 (his second game with the team). But sure, the playbook was a huge issue for him.
One of the biggest issues with the offense right now has been protection, and McKee compounds that because he’s a statue in the pocket. And even when he has a clean pocket, he hasn’t been as accurate as people claim he can be. So even if Milton “can't read defenses” (which seems like such a cop-out excuse), you don’t think his mobility could potentially be a good thing??
I really don’t wanna hear lame excuses as to why Milton shouldn’t be given a shot. It’s not as much about him giving you a better chance of winning, but more about seeing what you have in him and whether he could be your long-term backup QB.
Because we already know what McKee is and isn’t.

Polling average via Pollsmax.com.
Abdul El-Sayed has become the Democratic frontrunner, and compared to his primary opponents—Mallory McMorrow and Haley Stevens—he performs by far the worst against Mike Rogers.
If El-Sayed ends up being the nominee, Republicans will be the heavy favorites to flip Michigan's US Senate seat later this year.

To JD Vance: “Habibi, there is this delicious irony in the fact that you’re constitutionally obligated to swear me in, in January.”
To Trump: “I know you struggle with my name, so after JD swears me in, you can just go on and call me Senator.”
