Business momentum needs something behind it—and this update has a completed funding milestone. First Atlantic’s September 28 announcement reports a $3.77 million no-warrant placement, bringing September financing proceeds to approximately $9.925 million. 🔎
The latest offering combined flow-through and charity flow-through shares. No warrants or finder’s fees were attached. A strategic investor exercised an existing participation right, with its ownership limited to no more than 9.99%.
The intended work is specific: follow-up and expansion drilling at Alloy Max North and South, definition drilling, metallurgical testing, and qualifying access improvements at the Newfoundland projects. Those are planned uses of proceeds, not completed exploration results.
Pipestone XL covers a roughly 30-kilometre geological complex with multiple awaruite targets. The financing remains subject to final exchange acceptance. For me, the next momentum markers are the drilling and test-work updates that connect the newly raised capital to project evidence.
