My buddy purchased a secondhand Kloof suit I suggested he get and it’s now been 40 days since he sent the person $5,500 and the last two weeks of that he’s been ghosted. Any suggestions on what to do? The seller is quite a large, well known account (>10k) so I’d like to imagine-

-they aren’t trying to pull anything. Had it been me I would have begun filing for a refund but he really wants this suit. If they hit three weeks of ghosting would a callout post be acceptable?
