Just before the midterm election when no one is watching, Washington’s PDC suspends the rules on large pre-election contributions—benefiting the @JayInslee- and @GovBobFerguson-appointed incumbents and candidates for the State Supreme Court. Public-sector unions are pouring BIG money into these races, creating the appearance of corruption and that our judiciary is both compromised and sold to the highest bidder. We need independent justices, not rubberstamps for unions and Democrat politicians. VOTE FOR THESE FIVE @WAGOP-RECOMMENDED JUDGES.

What the Actual??? WA STATE CORRUPTION
WARNING TLDR
Who do you think seems more corrupt?
1) The public unions trying to buy Washington's Supreme Court races?
Or
2) The PDC, which suddenly changed the rules 12 days before the election so those unions can spend even more?
What happened:
Oct 13: the 21-day late-money cap kicked in. Max $7,500 per donor to PACs.
Oct 22: the PDC suspended it. By "interpretive statement." No lawsuit. No ruling.
What it means:
In this final stretch, when voters are filling out ballots, the PDC changed the donation rules so there's no limit on what one donor can give a PAC. Checks of any size, right up to Election Day.
Who benefits:
The unions. SEIU, WEA and WFSE have already given $450K directly to the "Beware the Attack on Our Courts" PAC.
In addition SEIU, WEA and WFSE are also the largest donors to New Direction PAC, which has donated an additional $298K to the supreme court judicial “Beware” PAC
Until Oct 22, each of them could only give the court PAC up to $7,500 more before the election. Now they can give $500K. Or $5M. No Limits
Where does their money come from?
$165M+ a year flowing into SEIU, WEA and WFSE. Tax-exempt- taken from their members—each year.
5 Supreme Court seats on the ballot. A majority of the court.
How much of the Supreme Court does $165M buy? The PDC just gave the public unions the green light to find out.
Want judges not bankrolled by the public unions?
Vote.

Internal video of a DSA "Democratic Constitution Forum" was just uncovered by @DataRepublican, showing a member of the Marxist Unity Group caucus openly admitting they want to dismantle our Constitution and replace it with a one-house legislature modeled after the Soviet Politburo.
THIS IS A COLOR REVOLUTION.
First, they win congressional and local seats to build power from the inside. Then they plant seeds of hatred and declare every opposing elected leader a "fascist". Then, they trigger riots in the streets to force a federal response. Once the President sends in the National Guard, their allies in Congress scream "tyranny" to delegitimize the entire system.
It’s all designed to bait you into fighting back with violence. DO NOT TAKE THE BAIT. They are setting the stage in real time, and our only defense is to hold the line on the Constitution.

🚨🚨 THE ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK / THE DEMOCRACY FILES: A PRIMER 🚨
I will be using this thread to track all drops, so bookmark it.
I spent most of yesterday backing everything (now 312 gigabytes) up in various sources and getting the materials out to others. I also produced an AI video (below) to explain the whole thing to others are not on 𝕏 - feel free to distribute.
Here's the primer:
USAID, the foreign aid agency, had a democracy office. Inside the agency, it was called DRG.
Officially, DRG administered "democracy assistance." They'd go inside countries they thought were sliding into authoritarianism and help the opposition there. That assistance included election monitoring, judicary support, independent media, and civil society building.
You may have heard the term "color revolution." The model comes from Serbia in 2000, where trained student activists brought down Milosevic with the help of Western governments, after sustained protests. With the help of USAID's democracy office, this model was implemented in many other countries to topple governments: Georgia's "Rose Revolution" in 2003, Ukraine's "Orange Revolution" in 2004, and many more.
Then last year, DOGE shut down USAID. But the USAID democracy office didn't stop. They formed a group called the Democracy Renewal Group, the same initials as their office (USAID Democracy, Human Rights, Governance). Their goal: apply their own playbook to the United States itself.
This goal became a plan, called Renew American Democracy (RAD). It invoked the "4 B's" framework. Block - use lawfare and protests to make life harder for the Trump administration. Bridge & Belong - control dialogue and win people over. The final and most important B is Build. Build means redesigning the American government itself, and the crisis is the opening.
In their own words:
"We can take that breakdown moment and leverage it for a big structural reform, you know, refounding moment." - Danielle Reiff, DRG lead.
Calls show DRG working alongside DSA on ideas of creating a different government, one that does away with the Constitution itself.
DRG does not run the Block operations. They hand it to UDA, the United Democracy Alliance. One organizer calls it a "huge galaxy": lawsuits, street protests, non-cooperation. They list No Kings, Indivisible, MoveOn, 50501, and many other mega-activist NGOs among their members.
Another organizer calls UDA Erica Chenoweth's project. Chenoweth is the Harvard professor behind the three-and-half-percent rule of regime change: get that share of a country's populace onto the streets, and historically, the movement wins.
The UDA is very "hush-hush." They have no website, no roster, no filings.
Then come the red lines: things the Trump administration could do, such as calling the Insurrection Act on protesters, that would mean that the federal government, in their words, "crosses the threshold into illegitimacy." Nobody voted on those lines. There was no public debate. These red lines were developed within secretive working groups, and in a paper addressed to governors and staff.
In the words of Reiff/DRG:
"So that if there is a red line crossed in terms of a Constitutional crisis, like everyone's already pre-organized. And so Mike Smith actually said, he goes, oh, you guys have the day after tomorrow plan."
Cross a line, and the paper's options include states refusing to lend their resources to federal officials, and governors convening what it calls a "Third Continential Congress."
Running the UDA's Insurrection Act working group: Rear Admiral Mike Smith (RET) of National Security Leaders of America (NSL4A). NSL4A is also credited with operationalizing UDA, the blocking operations. NSL4A consists of about 1,600 ex-officers, spies, diplomats. They're turning red lines into indicators and running a situation room to monitor them throughout the midterms and beyond.
The NSL4A's lawyers told them to stop recording meetings in case of subpoenas. But the rest of the network continued to record. DRG works in conjunction with Renew to Thrive (R2T), which ended up accidentally publishing 400+ calls and thousands of documents. These calls and documents were never meant for our eyes, but it's them, on tape.
Thousands of NGOs and billions of dollars are involved in this endeavor. Most of them believe they're saving democracy. The problem is that people who spent their careers deciding when other countries' governments had lost their legitimacy wrote that test for ours, in private, and planned for what comes after.
Who decides when your government is legitimate?

So…. Pandering to the old folks, the Democrats lame move.
Emily Randall pulled the same move late last night on Teresa Fox.
From Philip Housel on the race for Congress in Washington’s 6th! Thank you Philip! ♥️🇺🇸🏁
“My research on the candidates: Both candidates are deeply rooted in Bremerton and the shipyard economy, but they arrived at public service from opposite directions. Emily Randall's story is about a family that needed government programs to survive a medical crisis — her sister Olivia's care was covered by Medicaid when her dad's shipyard insurance wouldn't cover it. That experience shaped everything she's done since. Teresa Fox's story is about a family business that served the community through private enterprise — her grandfather's auto shop in downtown Bremerton fixed cars for military families who couldn't afford it, worked with people struggling to make payments, and stepped up when the community needed them. One's public life flows from relying on government when it mattered most. The other's flows from a family that showed up for others without being asked. Same town. Same shipyard. Very different paths to the ballot.”nWashington State Republican Party Kitsap County Republican Party Mason County Republicans Republicans of Jefferson County, WA Clallam County GOP Grays Harbor Republican Party Pierce County Republican Party

NEW: Controlled Buys, Arrest, and a Stolen Firearm
The Tarra Simmons Investigation from 2011 as you have never heard before.
In September 2011 the Bremerton Police Department’s Special Operations Group conducted controlled purchases of prescription painkillers from Tarra Denelle Denton (also known as Tarra D. Simmons).
On September 20, a police operative arranged to buy three 15 mg Percocet pills for $60. Surveillance teams tracked her to a Taco Bell parking lot on Kitsap Way, where Denton (Simmons) arrived in a gray Honda Odyssey. Then she entered Denton’s (Simmons) vehicle, completed the transaction, and later turned the pills over to detectives.
On September 22 a purchase was made for two Percocet pills for $40 each after Denton (Simmons) initially refused to sell unless she “boosted” merchandise for her (Simmons) from a local Fred Meyer store.
The final controlled buy occurred around September 27, when detectives recovered green A214 pills confirmed as 15 mg oxycodone.
On September 29 detectives arrested Denton (Simmons) outside her home. Denton (Simmons) acknowledged abusing prescription pills, methamphetamine, but she requested an attorney before discussing further details.
During the search, officers recovered 21 alprazolam pills, drug paraphernalia, packaging materials. A baggie containing three pills matching those purchased in the controlled buys was found with Denton (Simmons) at the time of her arrest.
A search warrant was obtained for Denton’s (Simmons) Coach purse and the Dodge Avenger. A narcotics K-9 alerted to both. In the purse, detectives found roughly 40 grams of marijuana, a digital scale, $393 in cash, multiple cell phones, and various prescription pills, including hydrocodone (Watson 853), methadone and Suboxone.
In the vehicle they found approximately 179 grams of marijuana packaged in multiple bags, additional scales, packaging materials, methamphetamine residue and small bags, glass pipes, and a .32-caliber Kel-Tec semi-automatic handgun with a loaded magazine. The serial number on the firearm matched a firearm reported stolen weeks prior. Additional hydrocodone pills were found in the vehicle.
