We thank @EPA and @POTUS for proposing reallocation of the RFS volumes recently waived via small refinery exemptions. While we believe most of these exemptions were unjustified, this reallocation plan will help offset demand loss for ethanol producers and farmers. We urge swift finalization so we have the certainty we need heading into 2027.

Congratulations to Clean Fuels Member CHS on this major investment in American agriculture and domestic renewable fuels. The approximately $700 million facility is expected to process 80 million bushels of #soybeans annually, 60% more bushels than were grown in Wisconsin last year - producing roughly 1 billion pounds of soybean oil and 2 million tons of soybean meal.
For renewable fuels, that means more domestically produced soybean oil available to meet growing demand for #biodiesel and #renewablediesel, while expanding markets for farmers, strengthening domestic supply chains and supporting rural economic growth.
